The purpose of this statement is to inform you on how Mobeco Group B.V. is processing personal data. Mobeco Group B.V. complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data that we process
Mobeco Group B.V. processes your personal data because you provide it to us and/or use our services. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or by filling in details via the website. Mobeco Group B.V. can, among other things, process the following personal data;

- Address data
- Date of birth
- Birthplace
- Nationality
- Phone number
- E-mail address
Mobeco Group B.V. never records special personal data unless this would be obliged by law. Special personal data are, for example, race, religion, health.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Mobeco Group B.V. processes your data exclusively for our services. More specifically, your personal data is processed for the following purposes;
- to be able to make you offers and/or provide information about the services
- to be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation for permanent or temporary work or an assignment,\
- to enter into and maintain a mediation relationship with you and to carry out the relevant administration for this purpose
- if we have entered into a brokerage relationship with you, for legal and regulatory compliance, including but not limited to identification, labor law, tax and social security law, anti-fraud and national and international sanctions laws.
- for management purposes including management information, providing internal controls and business safety and conducting audits and auditing
- quality purposes such as certification
How long do we keep your data?
Mobeco Group B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary in accordance with the statutory retention period to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
- For applicants who have not (yet) worked for Mobeco Group B.V. our retention period is 24 months
- For employees who work or have worked for Mobeco Group B.V. our retention period is 24 months. The financial data associated with this has a retention period of 7 years.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Mobeco Group B.V. will provide data with potential employers and clients in consultation with you. In addition, we only share data with parties on the basis of legal obligations and from our agreement with you. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Mobeco Group B.V. remains responsible for your data.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Mobeco Group B.V. and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@mobeco.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
How we protect personal data
Mobeco Group B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures.
