Your tasks are
- To supervise and realize in time availability of all documents, ensure an accurate and timely flow of information;
- To develop a detailed planning and delivery schedule for engineering documentation;
- To act as the first point of contact and instruct third parties about standards and working methods;
- To solve upcoming planning and progress problems, adjust, and align all parties involved;
- To lead, develop, and motivate the assigned team;
- To take over the tasks and/or actions of the design team during the contract phase;
- To be responsible for scope & demarcation;
You
- Have a bachelor's degree or a Secondary Vocational Education with relevant working experience;
- Have 5 years of experience within the maritime industry and/or yacht building;
- Have 5 years of experience within the specific technical discipline;
- Have a proactive and problem-solving work approach;
- Are decisive, persuasive, customer-oriented, and someone who sees the bigger picture;
- Are familiar with MS Office applications and with AutoCAD;
- Are fluent in the English language, both written and spoken;
