Project Engineer

Coordinate and prepare projects down to the last detail, together with the Project Coordinator you carry responsibility for the development of projects.
This Project Engineer is a spider in the web in a team consisting of Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Technology Specialists. From supporting sales to creating proposal plans for new builds. But a task in service with direct contact with the customer doesn't scare you either. Together with the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of the project of new builds, retrofit, development projects, and service & commissioning jobs.
Your work includes
- Coordinating projects, keeping a close eye on quality and cost time
- Preparing projects in planning, people management, and material management
- Communicating with the customer
- Support the Sales department
- Delivering on time, according to quality standards, and within the budget
You
- Have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and/or shipbuilding engineering
- Have experience in shipbuilding or after-treatment
- Have the qualities to manage a project and maintain a clear overview
- Have experience integrating marine installations (with third parties) and with regulations and inspection processes
- Have a good command of the English and the Dutch language, both written and spoken
