Project Leader Exterior Production

No two doors or hatches are the same, everything has to fit, down to the last millimetre.
The project leader exterior production is responsible for the complete outfitting and exterior of the yachts. With your team, you make an important contribution to the quality experience. All of your work is visible, and no door or hatch is the same. Your team makes sure that all the finishing touches are perfect.
Your tasks include:
- Coordinating the project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and preparation for production;
- Aligning the plans with the team from Casco, Interior, and Mechanical;
- Overseeing the entire project;
- Monitoring the project and ensuring the progress;
- Preparing and advising on status reports and project communication plans;
- Checking drawings, signing off on boards, scheduling work, and ensuring the internal availability of materials;
- Taking account of project risks, set guidelines, and quality requirements;
- Evaluating the projects along the way and making adjustments where necessary;
You
- Have a higher vocational education thinking- and working level, either through education or through working experience;
- Have experience with leading projects;
- Have knowledge of project management, planning, and control;
- Have experience with applying EPR systems;
- Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Are organized, result-oriented, analytic, and passionate about the yacht building industry.
