From concept to creation, you have the total overview of the project.
The Project Planner Yachts believes in teamwork, no matter which position their team members fulfill. You are part of the multidisciplinary team and report to the project director while working with co-makers and subcontractors to realize luxurious yachts!
Your responsibilities
- Having the total overview of the project planning;
- Building strategy planning in collaboration with the team and third parties;
- Communicating with stakeholders;
- Maintaining, monitoring, aligning, and adjusting the planning when necessary;
- Discussing the progress and the deviations and their causes;
- Identifying obstacles and/or risks;
- Advising on mitigation measures and/or the obstacles' solutions;
- Analyzing the impact on integral planning;
- Gathering information from involved parties;
- Rescheduling in close cooperation with involved parties when necessary.
You
- Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or secondary vocational education with relevant working experience;
- Preferably have 3-5 years of experience in the maritime/yacht building industry;
- Have a helicopter view in projects;
- Are proactive, persuasive, adaptable, problem-solving, and passionate;
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office applications and planning software;
- Are fluent in the English language, both written and spoken;
- Are eligible to work in the Netherlands
