Senior Engineer E&A

The Senior Engineer E&A works on a wide variety of tasks during the exaction of the project and works in a team to deliver the requested engineering documents while also implementing technical and practical knowledge into innovative and solid designs. 

Your work includes

• Contributing to the engineering process by creating specification documents, functional descriptions, schematic drawings, and test/validation plans;
• Verifying the technical performance of subcontractors and vendors and managing them to give their timely contribution
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and specifications imposed by Class and the customer, with a focus on managing electrical/data interfaces;
• Overseeing the quality of the E&A designs by the contact person for E-plan Engineering and attending Factory Acceptance Tests for main subcontracted systems;
• Conducting cost analysis in alliance with the Purchase department and offering technical support or launching activities to projects under contract;
• Actively developing and describing standards and working methods to contribute to the development of the E&A Engineering Department

You

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Automation Engineering or another relevant study
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience in designing and installing complex systems;
• Have experience in the Control & Monitoring Systems and/or in the functional development of Electrification
• Have the willingness to travel 1 to 2 times a year 
• Master excellent communication skills in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
