The Senior Engineer Interior is jointly responsible for the quality and timely development of the final design of the yacht's interior. 

 

Your tasks include

  • Being responsible for the development of the final design of the yachts;
  • Performing detailed engineering;
  • Creating 3D models;
  • Preparing various datasheets for assigned projects;
  • Realizing the engineering for the entire interior of the yacht, including stairs, floors, ceilings, and furniture;
  • Collaborating with fellow engineers from other disciplines;
  • Considering and ensuring the standards and quality throughout the process;
  • Monitoring the information flow to and from production;
  • Ensuring adherence to production schedules and standards within the set deadlines, budget, and quality requirements

 

You

  • Work and think at a bachelor's level;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar function, preferably within the ship- and yacht-building industry;
  • Have knowledge of the entire building process of sea-worthy yachts;
  • Have experience with CAD-drawing programs, NX, Team Center, and similar;
  • Have excellent communication skills in the English language.

The Project Manager Cargo Vessels is responsible for achieving the target goals set for the assigned projects. You are leading your multidisciplinary team of 30 engineers to finish shipbuilding projects successfully. 

 

Your tasks include

  • Setting boundaries;
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress;
  • Making project decisions;
  • Being a supervisor of engineers and/or suppliers in the project; 
  • Coordinating the flow of information;
  • Ensuring that issues are dealt with and deadlines are met;
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and physical/data interfaces with vendors;
  • Organising and/or participating in project integration reviews;
  • Coordinating reviews of documents;
  • Participating in tests and trials.

 

You

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Shipbuilding, or another technical study;
  • Have over 10 years of experience in the design and engineering of shipbuilding or offshore projects;
  • Have strong leadership abilities, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Have excellent communication skills in the English language;
  • Have the willingness to travel;
