Play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution
As the supervisor Outfitting within multiple yacht project teams, you play a key role in overseeing and optimizing workflows. Reporting directly to the Project Manager of Production, you collaborate closely with co-makers and partners to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise enables you to identify and implement synergies.
Your responsibilities
- Reviewing the engineering packages from all disciplines;
- Coordinating the work packages;
- Monitoring and reporting on progress;
- Monitoring, managing, and controlling the quality of executed work;
- Identifying possible improvements and discussing them;
- Checking the availability and quality of incoming materials and equipment;
- Educating and instructing third parties;
The requirements
- You have a bachelor's degree or a secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the maritime industry and/or yacht-building industry
- You are problem-solving, quality-oriented, persuasive, and eager to learn
- You are pro-active and problem-solving in your approach
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
