As the Systems Engineering Coordinator, you will develop, lead, and motivate your assigned team and realize yachts together. You report to the project manager and work goal-oriented to achieve the best results in a multidisciplinary team.
Your tasks are
- To supervise and realize in time availability of the engineering documents;
- To develop a detailed planning schedule;
- To develop a detailed delivery schedule;
- To act as the first point of contact;
- To monitor day-to-day progress and alignment of the engineering work;
- To solve upcoming planning and progress problems;
- To adjust and align all parties involved and to instruct third parties standards and working methods;
You
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or you have a Secondary Vocational Education with relevant working experience;
- Have at least 5 years of working experience;
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Are decisive, persuasive, and customer-oriented;
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD;
